Trofeos Zusi S.L. is a Spanish company situated in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Spain) and is the holder of the website zusi.com and of the database generated with the personal data provided by the users.

The user authorises the automatic processing of the personal data they supply, which are necessary to access reserved parts of the website. The file created will be placed in the servers contracted by Hirudesign Web Estudio S.L. The data collected through zusi.com shall only be used by Trofeos Zusi S.L., respecting at all times Spanish legislation on personal data protection. The information contained in said database is used for both correctly identifying the users that request personalised services and for carrying out statistical studies of the registered users which help us to improve the services we offer, undertake basic administration tasks, and announce events, offers and news via email.

The personal information requested from the registered users is stored in databases owned by Trofeos Zusi S.L. which takes the technical, organisational and security measures that guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the information as per the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December for the Protection of Personal Data, as well as other applicable legislation.
